You're a local bay agent and want to move more inventory. Co-broke with HOMIA gives you access to our exclusives and developments, splitting the commission 50/50 on each closing. Here's how it works.
What AMPI is and why it matters
AMPI (Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals), since 1956, is Mexico's equivalent of the NAR — with a code of ethics and access to the local MLS. AMPI membership includes NAR's International REALTOR® membership. It's the gateway to co-broke with standards.
How we pay at HOMIA
On co-broke you earn 50% of the commission — which in most cases equals ~3.5% of the sale price. If you sell purely HOMIA properties, it averages ~3.1%. All in writing, no surprises.
The bay's MLS platforms
- MLS Vallarta: the largest (~65 offices), a marketing/cooperation platform.
- AMPI-MLS (on FlexMLS): syndicates to Realtor.com.
- OmniMLS: endorsed by national AMPI, also syndicates to Realtor.com.
